The historic show flat
On the first floor of a building rebuilt by Auguste Perret, at the heart of the city centre listed as a UNESCO World Heritage site, the guided tour of the historic show flat will take you back in time. The furniture, accessories, lights, fabrics, ceramics and every-day objects will allow you to share the daily life and intimacy of that resolutely modern time, so hop in the time machine!

The Malraux Museum
An unmissable stop for painting lovers, the Malraux Museum stuns the visitor as much with its splendid collections as with its architectural daring: a ship like-building made of glass and metal, filled with natural light and facing the sea... This building now shelters the first impressionist collection of France after the Orsay Museum; you will be able to admire paintings by Courbet, Monet, Pissarro, Sisley, Boudin, Renoir and many more.

Continue your emotional weekend with a touch of poetry while walking in the footsteps of impressionist painters; follow the “Impressionist Itinerary” by the sea and discover the places which have inspired so many artists. Unless you would rather walk hand in hand and take the “tour of the stairs”; the stairs link the lower to the upper part of the city. After an unusual ride in the funicular railway, this picturesque tour will allow you to discover Le Havre in a different way, to see the sights few people see: the unpretentious and yet prestigious villas and the exceptional views over the Seine Estuary.
